Our promise

Toolbox Verdict publishes independent software analysis for agencies serving local and home-service businesses. Vendors cannot pay for rankings, preview a verdict before publication, or remove a supported criticism.

How a product earns a recommendation

We begin with the buyer's operating model: who owns the system, number of clients, repeatability, support obligations, data flow, usage economics, and exit path. We then verify material product claims against current primary vendor documentation. When a fact cannot be verified, we label it as a question to ask rather than presenting it as settled.

How affiliate relationships work

Some links are paid links. If a reader purchases through one, we may receive a commission. The relationship is disclosed before the article and beside the relevant link. Commission availability does not guarantee inclusion or a favorable verdict.
